We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why O'NEILL offers a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and accessories. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
